Harricrete family of companies, is a manufacturing company that operates in the construction sector of the economy. We manufacture cementitious products for the petrochemical, sugar, steel industries, commercial sector, and homeowners.
Our continuing vision has enabled us to be leading suppliers to other Caricom countries.
Introduction
Harricrete was founded in 1982 and is located at Jankie Trace, Las Lomas in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The company began with the manufacture of three dry packaged concrete mixes. Over the past Forty (40) years, Harricrete Ltd. has been able to diversify into different Products and Markets, which include the following categories; Dry Packaged Cementitious Products, Industrial Coatings, Refractories, Logistics, Concrete Block Making and Construction.
In 1982 the company occupied 5 acres, with factory space of 11,000 sq. ft. and a production capacity of 4800 bags per day.Our present operation now encompasses factory and office space of 60,000 sq.ft., warehousing of 90,000 sq.ft. and a present production capacity of 15,000 bags per day.
Our History
Our organization began in the printing industry where we served the markets both local and regional for over 40 years.
We then diversified in the manufacturing/construction industry, bringing the first concept to the Caribbean do it yourself products.
Harricrete is the leader in the industries we operate. We are innovative in our approach, novel in our technology, and continually working on improving the quality of our products and services.
